RETREAT SIGNATURE BARRE

Retreat Signature Barre is our signature 50-minute full-body workout designed to challenge every muscle in a safe and effective manner. Bodyweight, light weights and props create resistance while small movements, high reps and isometric holds push your limits beyond what you ever thought possible. This low-impact, high intensity class is truly an all-levels experience, as hands-on adjustments, individual attention and personalized options will be provided throughout. Socks are required and available for purchase at the studio.

 

RETREAT BARRE CONDITIONING

Formerly Retreat Athlete, our Bare Conditioning class is a 50-minute, full body workout focused on improving cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscle endurance and flexibility. We'll combine barre techniques with low-impact cardio and larger bodyweight movements for a breathless, bootcamp-feeling experience! Socks are required and available for purchase at the studio.

 

RETREAT BARRE & BANDS

Retreat Barre & Bands is a variation of our 50-minute signature barre class using just two props: resistance bands and mini bands. Along with the sculpting and toning benefits of Retreat Barre, Retreat’s Barre & Bands incorporates bands to increase “time under tension” maximizing the efficiency of muscle-building exercise. Socks are required and available for purchase at the studio.

RETREAT BARRE & RESTORE

Retreat Barre & Restore is a one-hour class, with half of our time focused on barre, and the other half focused on stretching and mobility. Think of this class as hitting the “reset” button for body and mind. Socks are required and available for purchase at the studio.

 

RETREAT BARRE STRETCH

Retreat Barre Stretch is a 55 minute class with a focus on stretching the body through careful activation and movement. If you’re looking for a class focused on stretching, newer to exercise or new to barre, this is for you! Socks are required and available for purchase at the studio.
